One weekend every month we hold a fabulous farmers market on our grounds - there is always an amazing variety of local products on offer.

The Kitchen Brigade is led by our Executive Chef, Mr Jason Cornaby, with 15 years experience working in some of Australia's premium, award winning restaurants from Queensland to Victoria. Our focus is to source quality local products wherever possible to showcase the region and it's myriad of colours and flavours.

Our Front of House team are professionals who all have a common focus, to ensure your dining experience is a memorable one.
